Terms and Conditions for Pay What You Can Counseling

Purpose These terms and conditions govern the “Pay What You Can” counseling services provided by Mother May I. Our aim is to offer accessible mental health support based on what clients are able to contribute.

Payment Structure

• Pay What You Can: Clients are invited to contribute an amount they feel is fair and manageable. We ask that you consider your financial situation and contribute as possible to support the sustainability of our services.

• Invoicing: Client will be invoiced by the counsellor and required to pay the amount agreed upon by the client and Mother May I on the date of their session.

Session Approval

After applying, you will be approved for an initial 5 sessions. After these sessions, you will need to touch base with Mother May I to ensure that there’s enough funding to continue.

Confidentiality

We will maintain strict confidentiality regarding your choice of counselor and the details of your payment arrangement.  However, clients will need to consent to having their session dates shared with Mother May I for administrative purposes.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide the counselor their required amount of notice needed to cancel or reschedule. Mother May I will not contribute to any cancellation fees or missed appointments.

Feedback and Adjustments

We welcome feedback on our services and the payment structure. If you have suggestions or concerns, please communicate them directly so we can make necessary adjustments.
