-I understand that upon acceptance I will receive 5 counselling sessions fully covered by Mother May I with a Clinical Counselor at The Whole Heart YXE.
-No receipt will be provided following each session.
-Should I wish to continue after my 5 free sessions, I understand that I will be charged the regular price of $145/hour plus tax.
-I am applying because I am ready to heal and truly believe that this will benefit me.
